For customers wishing to make reservations through a travel agency:
Reservations
We accept reservation requests via fax or email.
Please note: Reservations for weekends and national holidays are accepted from 10:00 a.m. on the 1st day three months in advance.
Even on days we are normally closed as noted in “Business Notices,” feel free to consult us.
Meal Menu
[Standard] Steamed eel in bamboo box: ¥3,980 (tax included)
[Premium] Steamed eel in bamboo box: ¥4,719 (tax included)
[Deluxe] Steamed eel in bamboo box: ¥6,292 (tax included)
Alternative menu (only beef seiro is available; availability may vary depending on business conditions).
We also offer meals for tour conductors. ¥1,100 (tax included)

Meal Venue Reservations
The venue will be designated by us based on availability. If you wish to reserve a private room, a room fee will apply. Room availability depends on group size, so please inquire.
(Private room fee: ¥6,050 to ¥36,300)
Meals & Admission Fee
An admission fee is required in addition to meal charges.
Admission is mandatory regardless of whether guests choose to tour the premises.
As our property is a nationally designated Place of Scenic Beauty, admission fees are charged to all visitors.
(Adults: ¥1,200 / High school students: ¥500 / Elementary & Junior high students: ¥400)
Group discounts are not available.
Meal time: approx. 45–60 mins / Tour time: approx. 30–45 mins
Note on Meal Serving Time
As steaming the seiro takes about 30 minutes, we cannot accommodate last-minute time changes. Please provide your itinerary in advance so we can coordinate accordingly.
Facility Tour
You can enjoy an audio guide via the “On the Trip” app (available in Japanese, English, and Chinese).
Cancellation Policy
＜Full cancellation＞
Up to 15 days prior: Actual incurred costs only
From 14 days prior: 30% of meal fee + actual costs
From 7 days prior: 100% of meal fee + actual costs
＜Reduction in number of guests＞
Up to 3 days prior: Actual incurred costs only
From 2 days prior: 30% of meal fee + actual costs
1 day prior: 50% of meal fee + actual costs
Same day: 100% of meal fee + actual costs
Payment
We accept payment on-site, via coupons, or on account.
Advance bank transfers are not accepted.
Riverboat Ride
Please contact the boat company directly for reservations.
You may use the exclusive Ohana pier for boarding and disembarkation.
Bus Parking
Please use the Yanagawa Honjo-machi Tourist Parking Lot (paid parking).
