Our commitment to kaiseki cuisine

The kaiseki cuisine served at Ohana is prepared by our chefs with utmost care and attention to detail. The course begins with appetizers that change with the seasons, followed by a variety of dishes that make use of the best ingredients and the gentle flavor of the dashi broth.

Hana Plan

This is the most reasonable plan of our famous kaiseki cuisine.

Menu list (example)

  • Two-tier stacked appetizers: Boiled spinach, blue fin tuna flakes, assorted appetizers
  • Daily appetizer: Assorted seasonal sashimi (2 kinds)
  • Simmered dish: Taro bun with sweet potato and starchy sprout sauce
  • Light dish: Chawanmushi (steamed egg custard)
  • Main dish: Chicken steak with mushroom and onion sauce with four kinds of vegetables
  • Rice: Seasonal flavored rice
  • Soup: Red miso soup
