The banquet hall has been rooted in this location for over 300 years since the Edo period. The feudal lord's mansion, which was the spiritual center of the people living in the Yanagawa domain, has been protected by the descendants of the feudal lord, changing its role little by little over time. Even today, Ohana is visited by people with a variety of objectives.
